Dr. Velkov, or Dr. Nick as I like to be called, I'm from the historical old town of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. (Know where that is? We'll save that story for another time), currently married with two beautiful children. Fully licensed in Illinois and Indiana, with 23 years of experience in critical care, general practice and emergency.
